The Led Emergency Kit adjusts the power supply to ensure that the fixture can provide exit lighting to meet local regulations. When the power is turned off, the emergency driver will detect an AC power interruption, switch to emergency operating mode within 2 seconds, and maintain emergency operating mode for 90 to 180 minutes. When AC power is used, the LED load from the LED driver is the normal power supply.
The lithium-ion battery used for the Led Emergency Backup Driver provides 500 to 1000 standard charge and discharge cycles. The emergency driver is designed with multiple circuit protection functions to prevent overcharge, discharge, and short circuits, etc. Once AC power is restored, the emergency driver automatically recharges the battery within 24 hours.
